We are always extremely busy and are playing catch up all the time. However if you are ok for us to have your machine a while then we will can repair it. We can not do repairs on site the machine has to come back to us. If it is a board fault then there is no problem in posting the PCB to us. We can then put it on our test rig and hopefully find the fault.
